Shipping and handling: To simplify shipping and handling while I am getting started, I will ship USPS flat rate at $10:95 or $13.95 for most packages. I will combine orders if possible, and will note on the product page if the item may be combined with other items, depending on size of the item(s). Very small items will fit in the flat rate $4.95 box, which is about the size of a vcr tape. On larger items, such as the picnic basket, you will need to email me before ordering to find out the exact postage auntjennies@iowatelecom.net I will also indicate that on the product page. Thanks for your patience while I am setting up my online business. If you try this out and it doesn't work, I would also appreciate your letting me know at the above email address.
Return policy: Most Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused or in the same condition as when they left our store. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Before sending back a purchase you must email auntjennies@iowatelecom.net to let me know of your intention to return and the reason for returning the item. In the Vintage Items category, you will need to notify me before the 5th of the month, since some of these items are in our shop on consignment. Do not hesitate to email any questions about the item you are purchasing. It is much easier to answer questions before the purchase than to have to return it. The purchaser is responsible for return postage.
